問：上品之中次第，何故與前異耶？答：隨言便故。亦有律師迴文，令次第者不依律文也。

Question: In the superior degree, why is the order different from the earlier one? Answer: Because it is convenient for expression. There are also Vinaya masters who transposed the text to make it sequential; this does not rely on the Vinaya text.
