自下第五大段九十單波逸提法。文三如前。第二列罪名相中，第一妄語者，犯已地獄報，人間歲數二十一億四十千歲。設後生人，凡有所求皆空無果。此十惡攝，業道尤深。人多不慎者，展轉惡趣，未知解脫之期也。

From here below is the fifth major division: the ninety simple prāyaścittika rules. The text has three parts, as before. In the second part, listing the designations and characteristics of the offences, the first is false speech: after committing it, the retribution is in the hells, amounting in human years to two billion one hundred and forty thousand years. Even if one is subsequently born as a human, whatever one seeks is entirely empty and without result. This is subsumed under the ten unwholesome actions, and its karmic path is especially grave. Because many people are not cautious about it, they cycle through the evil destinies, not knowing when they will be liberated.
