第十七、牽他出春冬房犯。夏中分得，房屬己故，牽出犯吉。以尼律中有夏中牽他出房戒，比丘犯吉故也。《僧祇》十四「嗔恚蛇鼠驅出，越毘尼。」若念言：「此無益物，驅出無罪。」

Seventeenth, dragging another out of a spring or winter room: one commits an offence. As for what was allocated during the summer, because the room belongs to oneself, dragging them out incurs a duṣkṛta. This is because in the bhikṣuṇī-vinaya there is a precept against dragging another out of a room during the summer, whereas for a bhikṣu it is a duṣkṛta. The Mahāsāṃghika-vinaya, fascicle 14, states: 'If out of anger one drives out snakes or rats, it is a transgression of the vinaya.' If one thinks, 'These are useless creatures,' driving them out entails no offence.
