第二十三、六群比丘見有德人僧差教尼，妬故譏云「為貪利故」者，犯也。
Twenty-third: the group of six monks, seeing a virtuous person appointed by the saṃgha to instruct the bhikṣuṇīs, jealously criticized them, saying, 'It is for the sake of coveting gain'—[in doing so] one commits an offence.
