（犯過衣財，如《律》所斷，必非聖制，理無懺捨。並識相而加法，非有疑而過分，有違加無知罪。）

(Property of robes transgressing [the rules], as judged in the Vinaya, must not [deviate from] the noble institution, and in principle there is no confession or forfeiture [if not an offense]. One must discern the marks and apply the procedure, not exceed bounds due to doubt; if one violates this, an offense of ignorance is added.)
