（有三種僧界：一者大界；二者戒場、三者小界。今就大界內又有三種，謂人法二同、法食二同、法同食別。初唯本制，後隨緣別開。）

(There are three kinds of saṃgha boundaries: first, the mahāsīmā; second, the platform for precepts; third, the khaṇḍasīmā. Now, within the mahāsīmā there are further three kinds, namely, identity in both persons and legal acts; identity in legal acts and provisions; and identity in legal acts with separate provisions. The first was solely the original institution; the latter were separately allowed in accordance with circumstances.)
