（時諸比丘意欲廣作者、狹作者，佛言：「欲改作者，先解前界，然後廣狹作從意。」當如是解。）

(At that time, when bhikṣus wished to make [the boundary] broader or narrower, the Buddha said: "Those who wish to alter it should first release the previous boundary, and only then make it broad or narrow as they wish." One should release it thus:)
