（爾時有二住處，別說戒、別利養，欲得共說戒、同利養。佛言：「聽各自解界，應盡集一處，不得受欲。當唱方相結之。」結文與前略同，唯有「僧於此彼二處結大界，同說戒，同利養」為異。）

(At that time there were two dwelling places with separate upoṣadhas and separate material offerings, which wished to share the upoṣadha and share the offerings. The Buddha said: "I allow [them] each to release their boundaries, assemble entirely in one place, and no proxy consent may be received. They should proclaim the markers of the directions and bind it." The binding text is mostly the same as before, with only the variation: "The saṃgha binds a mahāsīmā across both these places, with shared upoṣadha and shared offerings.")
