（《律》無受法，准諸論文具出。此但受歸法，無有戒法。故《論》云：「三歸下有所加，得歸及戒。若無加者，有歸無戒。」）

(The Vinaya lacks a reception procedure; it is provided fully here based on the various treatises. This is merely the reception of the refuges, and does not contain the precepts. Therefore the treatise states: "If something is added beneath the three refuges, one attains both refuges and precepts; if nothing is added, there are refuges but no precepts.")
