「如諸佛盡形壽離高勝床上坐，及作倡伎樂故往觀聽，某甲一日夜離高勝床上坐，及作倡伎樂故往觀聽，能持不？」

"Just as all Buddhas, for the rest of their lives, refrain from sitting on high and grand beds, and from going to watch or listen to singing, dancing, and theatrical music, so I, N.N., for one day and one night, will refrain from sitting on high and grand beds, and from going to watch or listen to singing, dancing, and theatrical music. Can you keep this?"
