(It is explained in seven parts: 1. Explaining that the merit of leaving the household derives from the Bodhisattva; 2. Explaining the benefit that transcends the world; 3. Explaining that obstructing [someone from] leaving [the household] causes great loss; 4. Explaining the pursuit of sinful deeds after having left the household; 5. Explaining the pursuit of ordinary meritorious deeds after having left the household; 6. Explaining the essential practice of cultivating the path after leaving the household; 7. Explaining that the three learnings of the correct practice of the Mahāyāna and Hīnayāna are fundamental. They are treated in full as in the Xingshichao.)
