（第三、發心乞戒。《律》云：「若受戒人不自稱名，不稱和尚名，教乞而不乞，若眠、醉、瞋恚，若無心受，皆不得戒故。」）

(Third, giving rise to the aspiration to request the precepts. The Vinaya says: “If the person receiving the precepts does not state his own name, does not state the name of his upādhyāya, is instructed to request but does not request, or is asleep, intoxicated, angry, or has no intention to receive them, in all such cases he does not obtain the precepts.”)
