（時有比丘受具已，眾僧捨去，既不識犯，便造重罪。佛言：「自今已去作羯磨已，當先與說四波羅夷法。」）

(At that time, there were bhikṣus who, having received the upasampadā, were left behind by the assembly of the saṃgha; because they did not recognize transgressions, they ended up committing grave offenses. The Buddha said, "From this day forward, after performing the karman, one should first explain to them the four pārājika dharmas.")
