（《律本》：「諸尼輒度人出家受戒，以不知戒相故，造作非法。佛言：『應與學戒羯磨。』」《十誦》中，「輒度妊身女人，過起，佛言：『與二歲羯磨，可知有無。』然六法淨心，二歲淨身。」）

(The Basic Vinaya states: "Various bhikṣuṇīs recklessly ordained people to go forth and receive the precepts; because they did not understand the marks of the precepts, they committed improper acts. The Buddha said: 'One should perform the karman for training in the precepts for them.'" In the Daśādhyāya-vinaya: "They recklessly ordained pregnant women, and faults arose. The Buddha said: 'Grant them the two-year karman, so that it may be known whether [pregnancy] is present or not.' Thus the six rules purify the mind, and the two years purify the body.")
