（佛言：「有八敬比丘尼、善來比丘尼、破結使比丘尼；羯磨受中，有遣信比丘尼、十歲曾嫁比丘尼、十八童女二歲學戒二十眾比丘尼、邊方義立十眾比丘尼。前三唯局佛世，後五通於像末。」）

(The Buddha said: "There are the eight-garudharma bhikṣuṇīs, the come-bhikṣuṇī bhikṣuṇīs, and the defilement-destroying bhikṣuṇīs; among those receiving by karman, there are bhikṣuṇīs ordained by messenger, bhikṣuṇīs who were married at ten years of age, eighteen-year-old maiden bhikṣuṇīs who trained in the precepts for two years in an assembly of twenty, and bhikṣuṇīs doctrinally established with an assembly of ten in frontier regions. The former three were limited strictly to the Buddha's lifetime; the latter five extend through the semblance and final ages.")
