「大姊一心念！我某甲，求阿姨為和尚，願阿姨為我作和尚。我依阿姨故，得受大戒，慈愍故。」（三請已。）

"Elder Sister, concentrate your mind! I, N.N., request the venerable aunt to be my upādhyāyikā. May the venerable aunt act as my upādhyāyikā. Relying on the venerable aunt, may I obtain upasampadā, out of compassionate pity." (Three requests having been made.)
