（《律》云：「應來者來，應與欲者與欲來，現前得呵人不呵。是名和合。反上三，成別眾。」）

(The Vinaya states: "Those who should come come; those who should grant consent (chanda) grant consent and it is brought; those present who are entitled to object do not object. This is called harmony. Reversing these three constitutes a split assembly (vagraga-saṃgha).")
