（《五分律》云：「彼和上、阿闍梨復集十比丘尼僧，往比丘僧中，在羯磨師前小遠，兩膝著地，乞受具戒」等。義准尼僧自結大界，護別眾過等。）

(The Mahīśāsaka-vinaya states: "That upādhyāyikā and ācāryikā assemble a saṃgha of ten bhikṣuṇīs once more, go into the bhikṣu-saṃgha, stand a short distance before the karmācārya, place both knees on the ground, and beg to receive upasampadā," and so forth. By principle, this conforms to the bhikṣuṇī-saṃgha binding their own mahāsīmā, guarding against the fault of a segregated assembly, and so on.)
