（《律》云：「諸比丘不來者，說欲及清淨。」於中有三，謂與欲、受欲、說欲等法。）

(The Vinaya states: "For bhikṣus who do not come, convey their consent (chanda) and purity (pariśuddhi)." Within this there are three matters: the procedures for granting consent, receiving consent, and conveying consent.)
