（謂一人舉一人，乃至僧舉僧，一白、眾多白，一羯磨、眾多羯磨，單白、白二、白四羯磨交絡互作，若有病無藥、有藥無病，有事有法施不相當。《毘尼母》云：「若說羯磨，言不明了。」如是等人、法、事相，並初非所攝。）

(This refers to one person charging one person, up to the saṃgha charging the saṃgha; one jñapti, multiple jñaptis; one karman, multiple karmans; intertwining and mutually substituting jñapti-karman, jñapti-dvitīya-karman, and jñapti-caturtha-karman; having illness without medicine, or medicine without illness; or having the matter and the procedure applied inappropriately. The Vinayamātṛkā states: "If when pronouncing the karman, the words are not clear." Such aspects of persons, procedures, and matters are all subsumed under the first defect.)
