（謂如法羯磨，須僧同秉。今得呵人呵，若住應法；違呵不止，即名非法。）
(Meaning: a karman according to Dharma must be conducted jointly by the saṃgha. Now, if someone entitled to protest protests, if they halt, it accords with Dharma; if they disobey the protest and do not halt, it is forthwith termed 'contrary to Dharma'.)
