（佛言：「若僧集說戒，盡犯罪者，不得說戒，不得聞戒，不得向犯者懺悔，犯者不得受他懺悔。」彼比丘白已當懺悔，應作如是白言：）

(The Buddha said: 'If the saṃgha gathers to recite the precepts and all have committed offenses, they must not recite the precepts, they must not listen to the precepts, they must not confess to an offender, and an offender must not receive another's confession.' After making a jñapti, those monks should confess; they should make the jñapti as follows:)
