（若說〈戒序〉竟，方陳此言，必有犯者，舉過告僧已，餘者次第聽。）

(Only after the recitation of the 'Introduction to the Precepts' is finished are these words stated. If there is definitely an offender, after pointing out the fault and informing the saṃgha, the rest listen in turn.)
