「大德憶念！我比丘某甲，於某處犯生疑，今向大德發露。須後無疑時如法懺悔。」（三說。）
"May the venerable sir bear in mind! I, Bhikṣu N.N., have given rise to doubt regarding [an offense committed] at [such-and-such] a place. Now I reveal it to the venerable sir. Later, when I am without doubt, I shall confess it according to the Dharma." (Three times.)
