（《律》中至布薩日，不得不說。若無人誦者，應差人往比近寺誦之，還來本處說。若無者，應說法，誦經亦得。）

(In the *Vinaya*, when the day of upoṣadha arrives, one must not fail to recite. If there is no one who can chant it, they should send someone to a nearby monastery to chant it and return to recite it at their own place. If there is no one, preaching the Dharma or chanting sūtras is also permissible.)
