「諸大德僧聽！某甲比丘為塔事、僧事出界行，還此處安居。僧忍默然故，是事如是持。」
"May the venerable Saṃgha listen! The bhikṣu N.N. will go outside the boundary for the affairs of a stūpa or affairs of the Saṃgha, and return to observe the retreat in this place. The Saṃgha is silent, indicating approval; thus do we uphold this matter."
