（佛言：「自恣時，應知比坐有來、不來者，聽先白已，然後自恣。」作是白言：）

(The Buddha said: "At the time of pravāraṇā, one must know who among the adjacent seats has come and who has not come; I permit declaring it first, and then performing pravāraṇā." He makes this declaration:)
