（佛言：「比丘尼夏安居竟，聽差一比丘尼，為尼僧故，往大僧中說自恣。若僧、尼二眾各不滿五，至自恣日，比丘尼往至比丘所，禮拜問訊。」若眾滿者，應索欲問緣，答云：「差人自恣羯磨。」應云：）

(The Buddha said: "When the bhikṣuṇīs have concluded the summer varṣā, they are permitted to appoint one bhikṣuṇī, on behalf of the bhikṣuṇī-saṃgha, to go to the great saṃgha to declare pravāraṇā. If the two assemblies of bhikṣus and bhikṣuṇīs each have fewer than five persons, on the day of pravāraṇā the bhikṣuṇī goes to the bhikṣus' place, pays homage, and inquires after their well-being." If the assembly has the full quorum, they should ask for the chanda and inquire about the matter, answering: "The karman to appoint a person for pravāraṇā." One should say:)
