（佛言：「僧問瞻病人言：『病人有囑授不？』」若云：病人臨終時言「此物與佛、與法、與僧、與塔、與人，若我終後與」者，佛言：「應索取，現前僧分。」《五分》：「若生時與人，未持去者，僧應白二羯磨與之。」）

(The Buddha said: "The saṃgha asks the attendant of the sick, saying: 'Did the sick person make any verbal entrustment?'" If he says: When near death, the sick person said, "Give these goods to the Buddha, to the Dharma, to the saṃgha, to the stūpa, or to a person, or give them after I pass away," the Buddha said: "One should claim them, and the present saṃgha divides them." The Pañcavargika-vinaya states: "If given to a person during lifetime, but not yet carried away, the saṃgha should give them to him by a jñapti-dvitīya-karman.")
