（作此法已，隨人多少取其衣物，依數與之，不宜別施，更招漏染，非佛制故。《五分》云：「若不遍者，和僧與一無衣比丘。」《善見》云：「若一衣極好，不須割破；眾並有者，從上行之，須者直付之。」）

(After performing this procedure, take the robes and belongings according to the number of people and give them according to count; one should not bestow them separately, which would incur further contamination, as it is not the Buddha's regulation. The Mahīśāsaka-vinaya states: "If they do not suffice for everyone, harmonize the saṃgha to give them to a single robe-lacking bhikṣu." The Samantapāsādikā states: "If one robe is exceptionally fine, it is not necessary to cut it up; if all members of the assembly already have robes, proceed from the senior down, and give it directly to whoever needs it.")
