「大德一心念！我比丘某甲，今請大德為波逸提懺悔主，願大德為我作波逸提懺悔主，慈愍故！」（三請。）
"May the bhadanta focus his mind! I, the bhikṣu N.N., now invite the bhadanta to be the master of repentance for prāyaścittika. May the bhadanta act as my master of repentance for prāyaścittika, out of compassionate pity!" (Requested three times.)
