（其常途謹誦，多有繁濫，捨過則無，不可妄指。藏罪、著用，隨犯方言，希故削除，有則如後。應言：）

(The usual careful recitation often contains much redundancy and confusion; if there is no offense to forfeit, it must not be falsely indicated. Offenses of concealment and of wearing/using [the forfeited item] should be stated only as they were actually committed. Because they are rare, they are omitted here; if they do occur, they follow what is below. One should say:)
