（佛言：「若眾僧多，難集，此比丘有因緣事，欲遠行者，應問言：『汝此衣物與誰？』隨彼說便與。」是中有一月衣、急施衣過後，畜長鉢、殘藥、長衣，此五長戒，依此法還之，應作如是言：）

(The Buddha said: "If the Saṃgha is large and difficult to assemble, and this bhikṣu has an urgent matter and wishes to travel afar, one should ask him: 'To whom do you give these robes and requisites?' According to what he says, give them accordingly." Therein are robes for the first month [after the rains], robes given in urgency after the period has passed, keeping an extra bowl, keeping leftover medicine, and extra robes—these five precepts on extra requisites are returned in accordance with this procedure. One should speak as follows:)
