「大德僧聽！此某甲比丘，故畜（眾多、若干）長衣犯捨墮。此衣已捨與僧。僧今持此衣與某甲比丘，某甲比丘當還此比丘。誰諸長老忍『僧持此衣與某甲比丘，某甲比丘當還此比丘』者默然，誰不忍者說。

"Let the Saṃgha of bhadantas listen! This bhikṣu N.N. intentionally kept (numerous / a certain amount of) extra robes and committed a naiḥsargika-pāyattika offense. These robes have already been forfeited to the Saṃgha. The Saṃgha now gives these robes to the bhikṣu N.N., and the bhikṣu N.N. shall return them to this bhikṣu. Whichever venerable ones consent to 'the Saṃgha giving these robes to the bhikṣu N.N., and the bhikṣu N.N. returning them to this bhikṣu,' remain silent; whoever does not consent, speak!
