（若案捨墮，具足八品突吉羅。二品根本從生，如後所列。覆藏合有六品：初二品覆，本墮生；中二覆，著用不淨衣生；後二覆，僧說戒默然生。並經初夜、二夜以去為率。）

(According to the naiḥsargika-pāyattika offenses, there is a full set of eight grades of duṣkṛta. Two grades are root-derived, as listed below. Concealment comprises six grades in all: the first two grades of concealment arise from the root pāyattika; the middle two concealments arise from wearing or using the impure robes; the latter two concealments arise from remaining silent when the Saṃgha recites the precepts. All are reckoned by the passage of one night, two nights, and so on.)
