（《善見》云：「犯捨墮衣，不捨而著，隨著得突吉羅。」《律》云：僧說戒時乃至三問，憶念罪而不發露者，突吉羅。）

(The Samantapāsādikā states: "If one wears a forfeited robe without having forfeited it, each time one wears it one incurs a duṣkṛta." The Vinaya states: When the Saṃgha recites the precepts up to the three inquiries, one who remembers an offense and does not reveal it incurs a duṣkṛta.)
