（若弟子犯過，和尚捨者，得。今據合呵，而癡故不責不問。）

(If a disciple commits a fault and the upādhyāya lets it go, that is permissible. Here it refers to a case where it ought to be reprimanded, yet out of delusion he does not reprove or question it.)
