（佛言：「蒲闍尼有五種，謂飯、[麩-夫+少]、乾飯、魚、肉；佉闍尼有五種，謂枝、葉、花、果、細末食：名為時藥，謂從旦至中也。」若欲受者，先知藥體，後知授受。餘藥並准此法。）

(The Buddha said: "Bhojanīya is of five kinds: boiled rice, barley-groats, dried rice, fish, and meat. Khādanīya is of five kinds: roots, stems/leaves, flowers, fruits, and finely ground food. These are called timed medicine, meaning from dawn to noon." If one wishes to receive them, first know the substance of the medicine, and afterward know the offering and receiving. The other medicines likewise follow this procedure.)
