「大德僧聽！比丘某甲老病，不能無杖絡囊而行，今從僧乞畜杖絡囊。若僧時到，僧忍聽：比丘某甲畜杖絡囊。白如是。

"May the venerable saṃgha listen! Bhikṣu N.N. is aged and sick, and cannot walk without a staff and a net bag. Now he requests from the saṃgha permission to keep a staff and a net bag. If the time of the saṃgha has arrived, may the saṃgha approve and grant permission for bhikṣu N.N. to keep a staff and a net bag. Such is the jñapti.
