「大德一心念！我比丘某甲，今為熱病因緣。此酥七日藥，為欲經宿服故，今於大德邊受。」（三說。）
"May the bhadanta focus his mind! I, the bhikṣu N.N., now have the condition of fever illness. This ghee is a seven-day medicine; wishing to keep it overnight and consume it, I now receive it from the bhadanta." (Spoken three times.)
