"The bhikṣuṇī-saṃgha has concluded the summer varṣā; the bhikṣu-saṃgha has concluded the summer varṣā. The bhikṣuṇī-saṃgha declares pravāraṇā regarding three matters—offenses seen, heard, and suspected. May the bhadanta saṃgha, out of compassionate pity, speak to me; if I see an offense, I shall make deśanā according to the Dharma." (To be said three times.)
