大德僧聽！彼某甲，從某甲求受具足戒。若僧時到，僧忍聽，某甲為教授師。白如是。
"May the venerable saṃgha listen! That so-and-so seeks to receive upasampadā from so-and-so. If the saṃgha's time has arrived, and the saṃgha approves and listens, so-and-so shall be the instructing master. Such is the motion."
