大德僧聽！某甲比丘，受過七日法（十五日、一月日）出界外，為某事故，還此中安居。誰諸長老忍僧聽某甲比丘，受過七日法（十五日、一月日）出界外，為某事故，還此中安居者默然，誰不忍者說。僧已忍某甲比丘，受過七日法（十五日、一月日）出界外，為某事故，還此中安居竟。僧忍，默然故，是事如是持。

"May the venerable saṃgha listen! Bhikṣu so-and-so, undertaking the rule for exceeding seven days (fifteen days, or one month), goes outside the boundary for such-and-such matter, and will return here to resume the rains retreat. Whichever venerable ones consent to the saṃgha allowing bhikṣu so-and-so, undertaking the rule for exceeding seven days (fifteen days, or one month), to go outside the boundary for such-and-such matter and return here to resume the rains retreat, let them remain silent. Whoever does not consent, let him speak. The saṃgha has consented to bhikṣu so-and-so, undertaking the rule for exceeding seven days (fifteen days, or one month), going outside the boundary for such-and-such matter and returning here to resume the rains retreat. Because the saṃgha consents and remains silent, so is this matter maintained."
