差受自恣人法（諸比丘一時自恣鬧亂，又不求次第自恣，上座疲極。佛言：「不應爾，聽差受自恣人白二羯磨。」有五法者應差：若不愛、不恚、不怖、不癡、知自恣未自恣。應如是差。）

The procedure for appointing a receiver of pravāraṇā (The bhikṣus made pravāraṇā all at once in clamour and disorder, and did not observe seniority, exhausting the sthavira. The Buddha said: "It should not be done like this; I permit appointing a receiver of pravāraṇā through a jñaptidvitīya-karman." One who possesses five qualities should be appointed: being free of partiality, anger, fear, and delusion, and knowing who has or has not made pravāraṇā. He should be appointed thus:)
