大德僧聽！僧差某甲比丘作受自恣人。誰諸長老忍僧差某甲比丘作受自恣人者默然，誰不忍者說。僧已忍差某甲比丘作受自恣人竟。僧忍，默然故，是事如是持。

"May the venerable saṃgha listen! The saṃgha appoints bhikṣu so-and-so as receiver of pravāraṇā. Whichever venerable ones approve of the saṃgha appointing bhikṣu so-and-so as receiver of pravāraṇā, remain silent; whoever does not approve, speak! The saṃgha has already approved the appointment of bhikṣu so-and-so as receiver of pravāraṇā. Because the saṃgha approves and is silent, thus is this matter upheld."
