三長老憶念！今日眾僧自恣，我某甲比丘自恣清淨。（三說。若三人、二人，亦如是。）

"Let the three venerable ones bear in mind! Today the community of the saṃgha holds pravāraṇā; I, bhikṣu so-and-so, am pure in pravāraṇā." (Spoken three times. If there are three or two persons, it is also done like this.)
