大德僧聽！此住處若衣、若非衣，現前僧應分，今現前僧分是衣物。誰諸長老忍此住處若衣、若非衣，現前僧應分，今現前僧分是衣物者默然，誰不忍者說。僧已忍今現前僧分是衣物竟。僧忍，默然故，是事如是持。（作羯磨已，分法如前。）

"Let the saṃgha, bhadantas, listen! At this dwelling place, whether robes or non-robes, the saṃgha present ought to divide [them]; now the saṃgha present divides these robe-goods. Whichever āyuṣmats consent that at this dwelling place, whether robes or non-robes, the saṃgha present ought to divide [them], and now the saṃgha present divides these robe-goods, let them remain silent; whoever does not consent, let him speak. The saṃgha has consented that now the saṃgha present divides these robe-goods. The saṃgha consents, because it is silent; thus is this matter maintained." (Having performed the karman, the method of division is as before.)
