大德僧聽！今眾僧集解界。誰諸長老忍僧集解界者默然，誰不忍者說。僧已忍解界竟。僧忍，默然故，是事如是持。

"May the saṃgha, bhadantas, listen! The assembly of the saṃgha now gathers to revoke the sīmā. Whichever āyuṣmats approve that the saṃgha gather to revoke the sīmā, let them remain silent; whoever does not approve, let him speak. The saṃgha has approved the revoking of the sīmā. The saṃgha approves, because of the silence. Thus do I hold this matter."
