大德僧聽！齊如是比丘坐處，僧於此處結小界。誰諸長老忍齊如是比丘坐處，僧於此處結小界者默然，誰不忍者說。僧已忍齊如是比丘坐處，結小界竟。僧忍，默然故，是事如是持。

"May the saṃgha, bhadantas, listen! Extending to the seating places of such bhikṣus, the saṃgha demarcates a small sīmā at this place. Whichever āyuṣmats approve that, extending to the seating places of such bhikṣus, the saṃgha demarcate a small sīmā at this place, let them remain silent; whoever does not approve, let him speak. The saṃgha has approved that, extending to the seating places of such bhikṣus, a small sīmā be demarcated. The saṃgha approves, because of the silence. Thus do I hold this matter."
