"I, bhikṣu so-and-so, intentionally kept [so many / numerous] extra robes (name them differently according to the specific item), and having exceeded ten days, committed [so many / numerous] niḥsargika-prāyaścittika offenses. Having committed these offenses, when the saṃgha recited the precepts I declared purity, committing [so many / numerous] prāyaścittika offenses. In face-to-face recitation of the precepts I declared myself pure, committing [so many / numerous] prāyaścittika offenses. When the saṃgha conducted pravāraṇā I declared purity, committing [so many / numerous] prāyaścittika offenses. In face-to-face pravāraṇā I declared myself pure, committing [so many / numerous] prāyaścittika offenses. Possessing offenses myself, I recited the precepts for the assembly, committing [so many / numerous] duṣkṛta offenses. Possessing offenses myself, I was not eligible to listen to the precepts, committing [so many / numerous] duṣkṛta offenses. At the three inquiries in two places when the saṃgha recited the precepts, I committed [so many / numerous] duṣkṛta offenses of false silence. In mental recitation of the precepts I declared myself pure, committing [so many / numerous] duṣkṛta offenses. In mental pravāraṇā I declared myself pure, committing [so many / numerous] duṣkṛta offenses. Possessing offenses myself, I received another's confession, committing [so many / numerous] duṣkṛta offenses. Wearing and using robes that incurred forfeiture, I committed [so many / numerous] duṣkṛta offenses. Fully recognizing and aware of these various offenses, I intentionally did not disclose them; having passed a night, I committed duṣkṛta offenses of concealment, the number of which I do not recall (if one knows the number, state that one knows the number). Having passed a second night and onwards, I repeatedly committed duṣkṛta offenses of subsequent concealment, the number of which I do not recall (if one knows the number, state that one knows). I now confess them and do not dare to conceal them. Confessing them brings ease and happiness; not confessing them brings no ease and happiness. Remembering the infractions, I disclose them; knowing them, I do not conceal them. I now reproach my own mind and give rise to disgust and renunciation." (Recite once. Although it says to reproach one's mind, the spoken declaration must be complete.)
